convenient stay close to westfield
convenient location helpful staff spacious room welcome fan
The location proved very convenient, particularly its close proximity to westfield shopping centre and shepherd's bush station. staff were helpful, they promptly provided a replacement when i reported an issue with the hairdryer. i had a spacious room. a fan was available in the room. It was very welcome during the heatwave.
the bathroom sensor light turned off mid-shower. it was inconvenient

the facilities include readily available tea and coffee. two tube stations are within a few hundred metres. the beds were comfortable after a long day.

the receptionist was friendly and helpful, assisting with directions. i appreciated being able to leave my luggage at reception after checking out. this allowed me to explore before heading home.

the location is convenient as it is close to the tube.
i found several issues . the room was quite small. the cleanliness was not satisfactory, especially in the bathroom as i noticed hairs from previous guests.

The location proved convenient. It's near transport links. i appreciated the proximity to the shopping center. the check-in process was straightforward and quick.
The bathroom lacked soap. I wish they had provided some.

great location comfortable stay many restaurants noisy road faulty blinds
the location is great. i found many restaurants nearby. the stay was comfortable and walking around the area was good.
i was in the top room, and the blinds did not close properly. this meant that i was woken up with the sun at about 430am. i found the main road outside very noisy until gone midnight.

the location was near the shepherd's bush market tube station (very handy). the staff were also friendly and helpful during check-in.

amazing location excellent transport helpful staff short timer mystery teabags forgetful clerk
The location was AMAZING. It was right across from the shopping center, easy to grab anything i needed. Transport links were excellent too. Super nice team. They were always ready to assist with directions and tips.
The bathroom light had a short motion timer. It kept switching off. This was a little annoying, I must say. Loose mystery teabags were offered. It needed some ingenuity to use them.
