The location proved very convenient, particularly its close proximity to westfield shopping centre and shepherd's bush station. staff were helpful, they promptly provided a replacement when i reported an issue with the hairdryer. i had a spacious room. a fan was available in the room. It was very welcome during the heatwave.
the bathroom sensor light turned off mid-shower. it was inconvenient

the facilities include readily available tea and coffee. two tube stations are within a few hundred metres. the beds were comfortable after a long day.

the receptionist was friendly and helpful, assisting with directions. i appreciated being able to leave my luggage at reception after checking out. this allowed me to explore before heading home.

i found several issues . the room was quite small. the cleanliness was not satisfactory, especially in the bathroom as i noticed hairs from previous guests.

The location proved convenient. It's near transport links. i appreciated the proximity to the shopping center. the check-in process was straightforward and quick.

the location is great. i found many restaurants nearby. the stay was comfortable and walking around the area was good.
i was in the top room, and the blinds did not close properly. this meant that i was woken up with the sun at about 430am. i found the main road outside very noisy until gone midnight.

The location was AMAZING. It was right across from the shopping center, easy to grab anything i needed. Transport links were excellent too. Super nice team. They were always ready to assist with directions and tips.
The bathroom light had a short motion timer. It kept switching off. This was a little annoying, I must say. Loose mystery teabags were offered. It needed some ingenuity to use them.
